Instrument Usage:
 The composite salt spray test chamber is used for accelerated corrosion testing of materials such as metals and their alloys, metal coatings (anodic and cathodic), conversion coatings, anodized coatings, and organic coatings on metal materials. The equipment can cyclically expose samples to environments like salt spray, drying, and wet heat, suitable for neutral salt spray testing (NSS), acetic acid salt spray testing (AASS/ACSS), copper-accelerated acetic acid salt spray testing (CASS), as well as composite cyclic tests including salt spray, dry-wet, and static conditions. This test is a comparative assessment, applicable for evaluating corrosion resistance-related performance of materials in salt-contaminated environments.
